Posted on November 4, 2016 by The Delaware Division of Corporations has announced its 2016 Year-End Holiday Schedule. Please refer to the schedule below for details on the office’s closures and what services CLAS will be able to provide. Tuesday, November 8 (Election Day) The Division of Corporations will be CLOSED – CLAS will be able to fulfill requests for certificates and copy retrievals from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. EST Friday, November 11 (Veterans Day) The Division of Corporations will be CLOSED – CLAS will be able to fulfill requests for certificates and copy retrievals from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. EST Thursday, November 24 & Friday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Holiday) The Division of Corporations will be CLOSED – CLAS will also be closed Friday, December 9 (Division of Corporations Employee Recognition Luncheon) The Division of Corporations personnel will not be available between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 30-Minute, 1-Hour, and 2-Hour requests will NOT BE PROCESSED between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and must be delivered prior to 10:00 a.m. in order to be processed prior to the Division personnel leaving for the event. Monday, December 26 (Christmas Day, observed) The Delaware Division of Corporations will be CLOSED – No Delaware services will be available Monday, January 2 (New Year’s Day, observed) The Delaware Division of Corporations will be CLOSED – No Delaware services will be available We’re here to help!
