(UCS) Established in 1970, UCS has successfully provided a variety of corporate filing services such as registered agent, corporate formations, annual compliance monitoring, UCC and due diligence searching, and public records retrieval. UCS and CLAS share a mission to provide legal, financial, and corporate professionals with the tools and expertise they need to complete their corporate and secured transactions with ease. Under the new ownership, Michael A. Barr will assume the role of CEO and Donald E. Conklin will assume the role of COO. CLAS will continue to operate as a separate brand from UCS, maintaining its California headquarters and providing the same excellent service their clients have come to expect. With the exception of the CEO and COO, all current directors, management staff and employees will remain with CLAS.
