Searches are made of the official records at Companies House or other registries to supply details of directors, shareholders, mortgages and copies of accounts, annual return and memorandum and articles of association and also general company information.
A full company search includes a typed report, which provides registered office, filing dates, general company details along with directors, principal shareholders (if a private company) subsidiary and associated companies if declared.
Using a range of databases, we are able to build reports to your specific requirements. Our Business Reports Service covers basic company information through to complex analysis covering financial performance ratios, credit ratings and risk scores.
The reports will include the basic company details and also include a summary of the last 4 years of accounts, past and present directors' names and addresses, company secretary, ratios and credit rating.
By attending any one of the 400+ local authorities (both borough and council) in England and Wales we can provide a search of the borough/council development plan, detailing zoning and the council policy on adjoining properties (plan provided where appropriate); register of local land charges; Records of planning, highways, drainage, health and engineers departments, where available; planning entries of adjoining properties, where available.
Search at the Governments Land Registry. The report/search will include: title number; property description; proprietorship register - entries from April, 2000 include value of all transactions; mortgages; plans; restrictive covenants; office copy entries; index map searches.
All EU countries hold data on the formation of the company, annual reports and financial data. Other countries may only have basic formation details and an annual report. All the data will be in the language of the country.
