- Company Secretarial Service
Our Company Secretarial Department offers a range of services to assist businesses with filing and recording of statutory documents. We can look after the Annual Return, act as Nominee Secretary or Shareholder or provide a Registered Office address.
- Certificate of Good Standing
Certificate issued by government official as conclusive evidence that a corporation is in existence or authorized to transact business in the state.
