In 1980, CL@S began as California Lenders’ & Attorneys’ Services (Cal Lenders). We became a primary provider to most of the top legal firms and commercial lending institutions in California with our philosophy of excellence and personalized service. Building our business solely on referrals, CL@S began to span the entire country and all parts of the globe, meeting the ever changing demands of the global economy.
As our growth reached all boundaries, we increased our staff levels to meet the demands, some of which have been with us for over 20 years. With that growth, new services and technology was needed and again CL@S remained at the forefront with the addition of online ordering. For those who selected to work without a service representative online UCC Searches are now the norm and filing UCCs with our proprietary program UCC eZFILE® takes away any intimidation of filing online, saving time and money. Through all that we maintain our extraordinary customer contact and will gladly speak with you directly, making sure your project is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
Seeing a need for a better way, CL@S became an original member of NRAI, National Registered Agents, Inc. This partnership allowed us to become a full service Registered Agent resource with a state of the art 7000 plus forms library and numerous other products designed to improve and ease the annual report process, change of agent process, and management tools to make quick and accurate changes.
As the importance of IT evolves, so have our internal operating systems. Faster returns of information, greater accuracy, and lower costs have further improved the industry dynamics. We see this trend continuing and fully expect to lead the way.
